Shelly-ann

Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, OD (born December 27, 1986) is a Jamaican sprinter. She was unknown until 2008 when she became the first Caribbean woman to win 100 m gold at the Olympics at the 2008 Olympic Games in Bejiing. At the 2012 London Olympic Games she won 100 m gold. She also won silver in 200 metres and 4 x 100 metres relay. She is five feet tall. She is the fourth fastest 100 m female sprinter of all time.

Today we we learned how to be safe when you are in the water. 

Firstly you need something to wear so you can't drown.

Then you try it out when you are ready to go. Make sure the life jacket is a good fit before you end up at  the bottom of the sea.

We watched a video called pause and think and when we watched it we thought about smart relationships.

It was about

1.Thinking about stuff.

2.Feeling meaning like your doing something to be safe online.

3.Stand means standing up to other people.

4.Balance mean equal time helping others and not just being on line.

5.Listen means you can listen to songs on your laptop but listen to your head if your in the wrong place.
